Every great adventure starts with a dream—and a little bit of rebellion. Nemesis Spirits was founded by three landlocked pirates with a love for premium rum and a thirst for something truly unique. In 2020, we set sail on a mission: to craft a bold, high-quality rum using ingredients native to our home in Appalachia. The result? Siren’s Call Rum—a spirit as smooth as the sea and as untamed as the legends that inspired it.


Siren's Call Rum is now available in select restaurants across the city. Experience the bold, handcrafted flavors at your favorite local spots today! And the adventure doesn’t stop there—Siren’s Call will be hitting liquor store shelves this summer, so you can bring the spirit home.


But that’s just the beginning. We’re also hard at work refining our gin recipe—another craft spirit we can’t wait to share with you. Our distillery, located at 1106 McCallie Ave, is where the magic happens, and we’re working to open a tasting room soon so you can experience our spirits firsthand. Locally  Sourced Ingredients

Siren's Call Rum is a unique, small batch rum distilled in the heart of Chattanooga, TN. We use high quality blackstrap molasses, muscavado and coconut sugars, and locally sourced Tennessee sorghum to produce our one-of-a-kind "Appalachian" rum. This eclectic spirit pays homage to the distinct soil, climate, topography, and culture of Appalachia, while retaining its original Caribbean heritage.
