Rum Inspired Recipes

Hemingway Daiquiri

2 ounces Siren's Call rum

1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

3/4 ounce maraschino liquer


Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass or cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel or grapefruit twist

Classic Daiquiri

2 ounces Siren's Call rum

1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

3/4 ounce simple syrup


Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass or cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel or grapefruit twist

Rum Negroni

1 ounce Sirens Call rum

1 ounce Campari

1 ounce Sweet Vermouth


Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled glass over a large cube. Garnish with an orange peel.

Pina Colada

2 ounces of Siren's Call rum

6 ounces pineapple juice

3 ounces cream of coconut

Whipped cream

Marachino cherry



Combine ingredients with ice into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass of your choosing. Add whipped cream. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.

Mojito

2 ounces Siren's Call rum

1 ounce fresh lime juice

1/2 ounce simple syrup

5-10 fresh mint leaves

Club soda or sparkling water


Add mint leaves and rum to a glass and muddle in the bottom of the glass. Add lime juice, simple syrup, and stir until blended. Add ice.  Garnish with a mint leaf or a lime wedge if desired.

Mai Tai

2 ounces Siren's Call rum

1/2 ounce of orange liquer (Grand Marnier or Cointreau)

1/2 ounce of Orgeat

3/4 ounce of lime juice

mint leaf


Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Add crushed ice to a glass and strain shaken cocktail into the glass. Garnish with mint.
